SERYNN Garment Care is a garment-care collection and delivery service operating in Nottingham and surrounding areas. For data-protection purposes, SERYNN is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
When you book, contact us, track an order, or use the admin service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, collection address, postcode, collection instructions, booking details, and communications with us. We do not receive or store full card details; payments are handled by Stripe.
Why we use your information
We use your information to take payment, arrange collection and delivery, communicate about your booking, provide support, prevent fraud, keep business and financial records, and meet our legal obligations. Our usual lawful basis is that processing is necessary to perform our contract with you; we may also process information to meet legal obligations or for legitimate interests such as securing our service and resolving issues.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed to run SPYNN. This includes Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure booking storage and authentication, Vercel for website hosting, and service providers or collection/delivery personnel involved in fulfilling your booking. Our providers may process information outside the UK; where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and customer-service records for up to seven years from the end of the relevant financial year, to meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for an active dispute.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@serynn.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we use your information.
Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure, but we limit access to booking information and use secure providers for payments and storage. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
