About these terms
These terms apply to bookings made with SERYNN, 29 Princess Close, Nottingham, UK. By placing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are subject to service-area availability and acceptance by SPYNN. Prices shown at booking apply to the selected service. Payment is taken securely online through Stripe. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by SPYNN.
Collection and delivery
Please ensure that laundry is safely bagged, accessible at the agreed collection time, and accompanied by any relevant collection instructions. You are responsible for telling us about items requiring special care. We may contact you if we need clarification or if a collection or delivery cannot be completed as planned.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or request a change to your booking by emailing hello@serynn.co.uk at least 12 hours before the scheduled collection time. Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered where reasonably possible, but may not be accepted once collection arrangements have begun. Any refund due will be handled fairly and in line with your statutory rights.
Service care and issues
We take reasonable care when handling laundry. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and details of the issue so that we can investigate and work towards a fair resolution.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, SPYNN is not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or caused by information or instructions that were not provided to us.
Changes and law
We may update these terms when needed. The version published when you place a booking applies to that booking unless a change is required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
